# Launchpad-Saver

An MacOS app. Save and Recover Launchpad layout in MacOS. Enable Launchpad in MacOS Tahoe Beta.

# Apple disabled the launchpad totally in beta5 and later. Use alternative app like LaunchNew instead：https://github.com/ggkevinnnn/LaunchNow

# Features

1.Save current launchpad layout in your mac and recover it at any time to avoid icons disordered caused by system bugs.

2.Enable/Disable launchpad in MacOS Tahoe Beta (MacOS 26).





# Notes

1.Might need to manually enable Full Disk Access for the app in System Settings.

2.Enable/Disable launchpad in available only in MacOS Tahoe Beta and will also disable the new spotlight (it will change back to the old spotlight).

3.Enable/Disable launchpad will restart the computer immediately.

# The Full Disk Access is used only to save and recover launchpad layout. If you just want to enable laucnpad, you don't need to enable it.
