Kocho provides a set of mechanisms to bootstrap AWS nodes that must follow a
specific configuration with CoreOS. It sets up fleet meta-data, and patched
versions of fleet, etcd, and docker when using
[Yochu](https://github.com/giantswarm/yochu).
