Exports WordPress posts to Markdown files for http://pico.dev7studios.com

1. Download and install like a normal WordPress plugin. 

2. Navigate to Tools > Export to Pico.

3. Download the export zip.

4. Extract and copy the "content" folder to your Pico install.
