# Important information
This is an archive of the code repository for the previous Cloud Portal GE. Currently the GE is supported by the official Openstack Horizon project. You can customize the Horizon portal with FIWARE styles following the instructions at: https://github.com/ging/fiware-cloud-portal-theme

- Install necessary components:
sudo apt-get install make g++
sudo apt-get install python-software-properties
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:chris-lea/node.js
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nodejs npm git ruby1.9.3sudo gem install sass -v 3.2.12
- Clone the repository to your workspace and change to the
fiware-cloud-portal
new directory
git clone git://github.com/ging/fiware-cloud-portal.gitcd fiware-cloud-portal
- Copy
config.js.template
toconfig.js
infiware-cloud-portal
directory
cp config.js.template config.js
- Log in Cloud Portal (https://account.lab.fiware.org/) and head to your account details
- Register a new application and bind it to your localhost
- Modify
config.js
file with the correct configuration and save changes

Note: You can set a different TCP port, but you will have to indicate that change in the application configuration and theconfig.js
file.
- Install dependencies using npm and grunt and finally run the server
sudo npm install./node_modules/grunt-cli/bin/grunt debug
sudo node server.js
We also provide a Docker image to facilitate you the building of this GE.
