# FortuneCookies #

FortuneCookies is a ticket management system. The aim is to develop an application that is general purpose, runs fast and be powerful.

### Prerequisites ###

* PHP > 5.6

* A web server that runs PHP (i.e. Apache, IIS, etc)

* A database. Choose between MySQL or SQLite3
