JIRAtools - A bunch of tools to work with JIRA.

WARNING: THIS IS IN BETA STATUS!!!

* bin/jira-load-ods.pl: a script to create JIRA issues from a ODF

  spreadsheet.

* cgi-bin/load-ods.pl: a CGI script to invoke jira-load-ods.pl via a

  web interface. The file apache/jiratools.conf has an Apache site

  configuration that you can use to set this up.

* bin/git-log-jiras.pl: a script to produce a textual report about

  every JIRA issue cited in a sequence of git commits.
