# Google Maps Platform 101: Places API with Firebase AppCheck and reCAPTCHA

## Description

Secure your Web application with [Firebase AppCheck](https://firebase.google.com/docs/app-check) and [reCAPTCHA](https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/) JWT tokens before making requests to [Places API](https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/op-overview).
