# Brigade 2.0
The **Brigade 2.0 working** group's purpose is to provide mutual support for those that are making or have:
- made their brigades independent financial entities
- the goal of having paid staff to create sustainability for the org, it's project and community impact.
Anyone is welcome to attend, we just keep the overall conversation focused on achieving those objectives.
