# Financely
Financely is a personal finance management application that helps users track their income, expenses, and investments. ## Getting Started
To get a local copy of the project up and running, follow these steps:
### Prerequisites
- Node.js
- npm or yarn
### Installation
1. Clone the repository:

```
2. Navigate to the project directory:

cd financely
```
3. Install dependencies:
```bash
npm install
```
4. Create a `.env` file in the root of your project and add your Firebase configuration:
```env
REACT_APP_API_KEY=your_api_key
REACT_APP_AUTH_DOMAIN=your_auth_domain
REACT_APP_PROJECT_ID=your_project_id
REACT_APP_STORAGE_BUCKET=your_storage_bucket
REACT_APP_MESSAGING_SENDER_ID=your_messaging_sender_id
REACT_APP_APP_ID=your_app_id
```
### Running the Application
1. Start the development server:
```bash
npm run dev
```
2. Open your browser and navigate to `http://localhost:3000`.
## Usage
- **Login/Register**: Use Firebase Authentication to create an account or log in.
- **Dashboard**: View an overview of your financial status.
- **Add Transactions**: Add your income, expenses, and investments.
- **Visualize Data**: Use graphs and charts to get insights into your finances.
- **Export Data**: Export your financial data to a CSV file.
- **Import Data**: Import your financial data from a CSV file.
