# Wikipedia Top 100 Chart Generator
A python script to generate and maintain a list of the most visited Wikipedia articles using the [Wikimedia page view API](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/?doc#!/Pageviews_data/get_metrics_pageviews_top_project_access_year_month_day), formatted images and summaries from the [MediaWiki API](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Query).
Try running:
```bash
python get_data.py --date 20151123 --update
```
