[Finished] it's actually an editor. Caveats: purges commas from inside strings. Created as no longer want to use Excel since it helpfully makes strings like 1:1000 into a Microsoft decimal time 0.647111 or whatever. (of course I meant 1 hour and 1000 minutes)
