# Meditation Bench/Seat

A simple, wooden seat for the kneeling position.

It can optionally be glued together,

but you might first want to try using it just loosely put together,

without any glue.

That is usually firm enough for usage,

and it can be compacted for storage and transport,

plus it remains wood only,

and thus natural, vegan, easily bio-degradable, up- or down-cyclable and modifiable.

When using a Linseed oil finish,

it will take longer to bio-degrade,

and not be wood only anymore,

but retain the rest of the properties mentioned above.
