Magento 2.4x : Ship out of stock items 

This extension developed for magento shop sellers : If backorders step on and someone have placed order with more quantity then available in store. Store admin manage to ship items from external WareHouse. After that he don't want to update stock but any how  update that order's ship status as shipped.
