Apply Ansible playbook to Vagrant cluster

## Infrastructure

The Vagrant image currently used is [geerlingguy/ubuntu1604](https://app.vagrantup.com/geerlingguy/boxes/ubuntu1604).

One master node and three slave nodes are currently deployed using the existing `Vagrantfile`.

Credentials for each of the VMs are the following:

    Username: vagrant

    Password: vagrant
