# Short Description

Aries SDK for Mendix is a wrapper implementation of [Hyperledger / Aries-Framework-Javascript](https://github.com/hyperledger/aries-framework-javascript). [Mendix](https://www.mendix.com/) is an industry leading, all-in-one, low-code application development platform that helps organizations build multi-experience, enterprise grade applications at scale.

# Scope of Lab

The Aries SDK for Mendix is a modular component that implements javascript wrappers for AFJ.  The SDK can be imported into any existing Mendix app code repository. The SDK serves as the foundation to the [Farmworker Wallet OS](https://github.com/openwallet-foundation/project-proposals/pull/10/files?short_path=d256e5c#diff-d256e5cb40a1b2ed54882a6069949f6715ab28f8e6ddbc2eb795b049e523a6bb), an open-source project proposal currently under review at the [Open Wallet Foundation](https://tac.openwallet.foundation/governance/project-lifecycle/#labs).
