# URL Shortener

## Installation
1. Clone the repository:

2. Install the dependencies:
``` npm install ```
3. Start the server:
``` npm run devStart ```
## Usage
1. Open your web browser and go to `http://localhost:5000`.
2. Paste the long URL you want to shorten into the input field.
3. Click the "Shorten URL" button to generate the shortened link.
4. The shortened URL will be displayed on the page and can be copied and shared.
