Support for Streams 4.0 Now Available!

This toolkit provides [thrift](http://thrift.apache.org) server and client functionality.

Setup

-----

The toolkit needs write permissions for SPL developer.

Each Thrift operator generates .thrift definition file (by default in ./etc directory).
