# WebP_autoconverter

    "WebP lossless images are 26% smaller in size compared to PNGs. WebP lossy images are 25-34% smaller than comparable JPEG images at equivalent SSIM quality index."

    

CLI written in bash to automatically search through dir for .png, .jpeg file format and convert them into .webp file format. as well as change the links in the application folder systems to the changed file format.
