This repository contains various tools and scripts for [Fiji][fiji] provided by the

[Imaging Core Facility (IMCF)][imcf] of the Biozentrum, University of Basel,

Switzerland.

## Installation

Simply enable the `IMCF Uni Basel` update site in Fiji (see [following an update

site][imagej_update_site] for instructions). For manual installation just place

the JAR file in the `Fiji.app/jars/` directory and restart Fiji.
