Manitou is a MPEG-DASH manifest multiplexer.

Many Dash encoder produce one manifest per representation

or per video/audio track pair.

Manitou joins those sub-manifests together using given

map object.

Manitou is tested with manifests created using nginx-rtmp-module

and ffmpeg.
