This project provides a reference solution that integrates ICONICS Smart Building and Dynamics Field Service to facilitate and automate handling of faults. The faults generated by ICONICS are seamlessly received and transformed into IoT Alerts with Dynamics Field Service and in turn the Work Orders created in Dynamics are sent back to ICONICS there by completing a 360° circle between the two systems.
