AS3 Linear Algebra library

requires [Apparat Tool](https://github.com/joa/apparat) (but doesn't use Memory op-codes)


just use precompiled *.swc library if you don't want to mess with post-processing


Solvers included:

* Jacobi SVD

* Eigen Vectors/Values

* Cholesky

* LU

* Polynomial
