# BilliOS

Bioinformatics Integrated Linux Operating System

BilliOS is used to perform bioinformatics analysis using its pre-installed packages. BilliOs is also available as docker image. 

BilliOS is a bioinformatics integrating Linux operating System. It covers a wide range of most widely used bioinformatics software including sequence alignment, docking, simulation, RNA-Seq analysis, virtual hig-throughput screening, clustering, molecular visualizers, phylogenetics, functional analysis, structure modeling, and many more software.

It is easy to install and saves users from going through all the troubles of installing bioinformatics software. This is a very useful feature especially for the beginners in the field of bioinformatics.
