# AMD Turbo Boost Disabler for Linux

# How to use?

`chmod +x amdturboostdisablerlinux.sh`

# Disable Turbo Boost

`sudo ./amdturboostdisablerlinux.sh --disable`

# Enable Turbo Boost

`sudo ./amdturboostdisablerlinux.sh --enable`

# Show help

`sudo ./amdturboostdisablerlinux.sh --help`

# WARNING

When your Disable Turbo Boost can reduce performance this is because "disables" turbo frequencies.

But can reduce CPU temperature

This change it's not permanent. When your reboots the computer or shutdown restores original value reenabling the feature
