##Scope LogSystem

* The system aims to manage a panel through a login and password, in which it must be Developed with permission levels.

* It will also be necessary to implement a mechanism that can be used to recover Password if the user has lost.

* In no way should the system allow you to change the user's registered data. The programming language used will be PHP and MYSQL with interface in HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT.

* The software required for development will be Netbeans, Mysql Worbench, LAMP, ASTAH And LibreOffice Writer.
