## Components
### Diet Chart
User fills in some data like type of diet, allergic food items, etc and a diet chart is generated for proper balanced diet. It also contains `links` for recipe for the dishes suggested.

### Stress Test
It contains a small test where users enter the values based on their experience throughout the day and the system detects level of stress along with smart solutions in order to reduce stress.
### Smart Solutions
This section provides user with methods to reduce stress through calm music, motivational videos, etc. Contact to counsellor option is also given to seek proper help when and if necessary.
