# hirst_project

Generates million dollar art in the style of Damien Hirst

Although his dot paintings seem to no longer fetch the crazy prices they used to, a 10x10 dot painting will still cost you a cool $49,000.

Using cologram and python's turtle graphics module, this program extracts the image palette from a current Damien Hirst dot painting and generates one pretty much just like it, for free. 

Future updates would include a web-based interface that allows you to upload your own image and download your very own Damien Hirst look alike painting.
