This isn't currently available via their API
Requires the mechanize >0.9 gem (using Nokogiri)
== USAGE ==
* copy config.sample.yml to config.yml & edit
* run like `ruby vimeo-ripper.rb`
* enjoy downloaded files in the output/ directory
