Library and WSGI Application to generate [Metalinks](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metalink) from simple query strings.

Only some Elements/Attributes from [the spec](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5854) are currently supported and while complete support is not planned maybe some important options are still missing - if you would like more options please [add an issue](https://github.com/janbrohl/tometa/issues/new)
