# Microverse's HTML&CSS Capstone Project

Multi-page website of a mock chess tournament created into the curriculum of Microverse's course.

# What it does
I created a website for a chess tournament.
The requirements are:

Whatever the content for the shop you may choose, you should build these 3 pages as the minimum requirements:

- the main page, with a menu link to the about page and tickets page
- the about page
- the tickets page

Each of these pages should have versions for 2 different screen sizes:

- mobile: up to 768px
- desktop: from 768px

You should follow the guidelines of the given design, including:

- colors
- typographies: font face, size and weight
- layout: composition and space between elements, for the 2 given screen sizes

# Getting Started
To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

Clone the project unto your local machine
cd into the folder, find the index.html file and open it

# Prerequisites
- Get your browsers up to date

# Install
- Install VSCode or any code editor you like
- Install Node JS and nmp(most recents versions)
- Run this command on your terminal in order to install stylelint: npm install stylelint stylelint-config-recommended --save-dev

# Run tests
- Test the css by typing the command: npx stylelint .
- Go to http://validator.w3.org/ , upload the index.html file to test it.

# Deployment
- Get an online web hosting
- Upload all the files in the htdocs folder of your domain
- Access your domain name in browser
