## π οΈ How to Run the Application
Follow these steps to get started with LightEstate:
### Option 1: Run via Docker
1. Ensure Docker is installed on your system. [Install Docker](https://docs.docker.com/get-docker/)
2. Clone the repository:
```bash
git clone https://github.com/Jerryblessed/lightestate.git
```
3. Navigate to the project directory:
```bash
cd lightestate
```
4. Build and run the Docker container:
```bash
docker build -t lightestate .
docker run -p 3000:3000 lightestate
```
5. Open your browser and navigate to `http://localhost:3000`.
### Option 2: Run Locally with `run.py`
1. Ensure you have Python 3 installed. [Install Python](https://www.python.org/downloads/)
2. Clone the repository:
```bash
git clone https://github.com/Jerryblessed/lightestate.git
```
3. Navigate to the project directory:
```bash
cd lightestate
```
4. Install the required dependencies:
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
5. Run the application:

python run.py
