How to use:

* Download the plugin from the latest build JetBrains public TeamCity Server https://teamcity.jetbrains.com/buildConfiguration/TeamCityPluginsByJetBrains_InvitationPlugin

* Install the plugin

* Open the 'Invitation' tab on the Project Administration area

* Create an invitation
