debes de tener instalado nodeJS y NPM

debes instalar esta dependencia:

    npm install grunt-cli -g

Este comando es el que permite ejecutar grunt como un comando de consola

Para ejecutar el "servicio" corran:

    grunt

Y este estara esuchando todos los cambios que se realicen
