# r-dependencies

[rocker](https://registry.hub.docker.com/repos/rocker/) images.If you want to install dependencies that are on Github use the `github_packages`
parameter.```yaml
- jimhester/r-dependencies:
github_packages: jimhester/covr jimhester/lintr
```## Options
* `github_packages` (optional). A list of additional Github dependencies to
install, separated by whitespace.* `repos` (optional). Repos to set in R using `options(repos = XXX)`. If no
repos are set and `BiocInstaller` is included in your docker image
`BiocInstaller::biocinstallRepos()` will be used to set the repos.## Example
Basic usage:
```
- jimhester/r-dependencies
```If you want to install additional dependencies from Github.
```
- jimhester/r-dependencies:
github_packages: jimhester/covr jimhester/lintr
```Setting non-default repositories.
```
- jimhester/r-dependencies:
repos: 'c(CRAN = "http://cran.rstudio.org", CRANxtras = "http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin")'
