something similar?

PS - I also wanted to try out markdown and see what it's like. I'm learning
the differences between *Textile* and **Markdown** and trying to decide which
side of the proverbial "fence" I'm on.
Two asterisks for **bold** just seems like soooo much work. I mean, *who uses
italics anyway*?
