Astra is a satellite tracking application with the goal of having similar functionality to existing projects such as [Footprint](http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/wxsatellite/footprint.htm).

 - Manipulation of TLE files

 - GUI interface providing footprints, orbital tracks, etc.

 - Notice of AOS/LOS

 - Automatic download and management of TLE files (e.g. rotating obsolete element sets out)
