# System.CommandLine sample apps
This repo contains two C# sample applications that use System.CommandLine (currently in beta) to process command line arguments and environment variables.
- `simple` contains a simple sample that takes 5 command line and 2 environment variable paramaters
- `complex` contains a more complex sample with 14 command line and 12 environment variable parameters
- contains custom parameter validation
- contains custom validation across parameters
