# Makefile driven LakeCat workflow

## Setup

1. Download `.zip` files linked to at: http://www2.epa.gov/national-aquatic-resource-surveys/lakecat

	*  Place `LkCat_Frame_min.zip`, which contains geospatial layers, in the `spatial` folder

	* Place other `.zip` files of interest in the `zips` folder

2. Setup a database with `make all`
