Final Fantasy VIII CAM editor

# Features

This tool will allow you to:

- Open `*.cam` files and explore their data

- Save edited data to a `*.cam` file

- Interpolate frame data ( useful if you upgrade movies from 15FPS to 30FPS for example )

- Batch Interpolate cam files ( useful to interpolate all of them en masse )
