# NLSProblems - Nonlinear Least Squares problems
[](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4605405)
[](https://github.com/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/NLSProblems.jl/actions)
[](https://codecov.io/gh/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/NLSProblems.jl)
[](https://JuliaSmoothOptimizers.github.io/NLSProblems.jl/stable)
[](https://JuliaSmoothOptimizers.github.io/NLSProblems.jl/dev)This package provides some optimization problems using the
[NLPModels.jl](https://github.com/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/NLPModels.jl)
interface. It is similar to to
[OptimizationProblems.jl](https://github.com/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/OptimizationProblems.jl),
except that it's specific for Nonlinear Least Squares, using the subtype
of `AbstractNLSModel`.This collection currently contains the problems of Moré, Garbow and
Hillstrom [1].We welcome contributions.
## Install
NLSProblems can be installed and tested through the Julia package manager:
```julia
julia> ]
pkg> add NLSProblems
pkg> test NLSProblems
```## How to cite
If you use NLSProblems.jl in your work, please cite using the format given in [CITATION.cff](CITATION.cff).

Focused suggestions and requests can also be opened as issues. Before opening a pull request, start an issue or a discussion on the topic, please.If you want to ask a question not suited for a bug report, feel free to start a discussion [here](https://github.com/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/Organization/discussions). This forum is for general discussion about this repository and the [JuliaSmoothOptimizers](https://github.com/JuliaSmoothOptimizers), so questions about any of our packages are welcome.
