### Create .env file
```PRIVATE_KEY=```
### Install node module
```npm install```
### and then please change receiveAddress, inscriptionId variable to `your address`, `mp4 file inscription id`, in this code
### Run HTML_Inscription.ts
```npm start```
At that moment, the console will be logged `send coin to this address tc1p....`
you can send fee btc to this address (for test: 20000 sats)
