# Indeed Scraper

#### this project is used to scrape indeed application

## Installation

#### 1. Install Python 3.7.4 or higher

#### 2. Install pip

#### 3. Install virtualenv

#### 4. Create a virtual environment

#### 5. Activate the virtual environment

#### 6. Install the requirements using - `pip install -r requirements.txt`

#### 7. Install the chromedriver based on your chrome version and os and place it in the root directory i am using chromedriver for linux replace it with your own chromedriver

#### 7. Run the application

## Usage

#### 1. Run the application using - `python indeed_scraper.py`

#### 2. Answer the prompts

#### 3. The application will scrape the indeed website and return a csv file with the results

#### 2. The application can shut down the computer after the scraping is done
