step 1: open vs code in current folder

step 2: make updateMeta folder which have another folder inside with name of metadata which include json files.

step 3: copy code form here and make new file in updateMeta folder with name of update.js and save it.

step 4: paste code 

step 5 : open termainl 

step 6: paste command "node update.js"
