**Katalon Cloud Studio** is a new web-based authoring product to help manual testers quickly create test automation for web apps under test (AUT). The addition of the Cloud-based Studio to the Katalon Platform offers users a seamless and efficient testing process starting from organizing, then authoring, then executing and viewing reports right in one place.

## Features
With Katalon Cloud Studio, you can:
* Simply create automated tests using its intuitive interface.
* Record special actions like verifying element visibility or scrolling an element into view.
* Translate recorded test steps into plain English, making it easier for you to understand and modify them.
* Easily edit test steps.
* Quickly run tests for validation and get better results.
## Components
The Katalon Cloud Studio includes the following main components:
* **Katalon Recorder**: a browser extension engine based on Puppeteer and is used to record your test steps for your test case.
* **Katalon Editor**: a user-friendly interface in Katalon TestOps and is used to create and edit your test automation.
## Installation

* The Katalon Editor is available to Katalon users who have registered to the Cloud Studio Beta program.
