- 🤖 **Automatic Shoutouts:** No need for manual commands—`streamers/viewers/followers` get an automatic shoutout when they chat.
- ⏳ **Cooldown System:** Prevents excessive shoutouts by enforcing a `30-minute` cooldown per user.

### Step 2: Authorize the Bot
- Make sure to `mod` the bot in your Twitch channel by typing:

```
- Once done let `Bubbles The Dev` know. I will add your twitch to the application, thank you.
