# metapopulation_epidemics

Agent based epidemic simulation code for evaluating the effect of isolation policy

## Dependencies

Dependencies are managed with pyenv and poetry.

- Python version: 3.8.0

- Poetry version: 1.0.3

## Usage

1. Clone this repository with git clone

2. cd metapopulation_epidemics && poetry install

3. poetry shell

4. python src/main.py
