# How to Use This Extension

This extension is designed for **Google Chrome**, **Microsoft Edge**, and **Opera**. Unfortunately, it is **not compatible with Firefox** (as of now).

### Installation Instructions:

1. **Download the Files**
Download the extension files to your computer and **unzip** the folder.

2. **Access Browser Extensions**
Open your browser and click on the **Extensions** icon.

3. **Enable Developer Mode**
Toggle on **Developer Mode** in the Extensions page.

4. **Install the Extension**
- **Drag and drop** the unzipped extension folder directly into your browser window.
- Alternatively, click **Load unpacked**, navigate to the folder, and select it to complete the installation.

5. **Enjoy!**
Visit **IXL** and the extension should be ready for use.

---

### Notable Problems

If you encounter the following error when installing:

> **"Manifest file is missing or unreadable. Could not load manifest."**

This likely means one of the following:
- You tried to upload the **zipped** file directly. To fix this, ensure you **extract** the downloaded folder first and then upload the **unzipped** version.
- Or, you **did not open the file** after unzipping it. Make sure to open the extracted folder before proceeding.

---

### How to Disable the Extension:

If you'd like to stop the extension from editing the page, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Extensions page** in your browser.
2. **Turn off** the extension.
