For people who do not have a mobile connection and telegram.

For constant monitoring and notification of shelling from the Russian side, it displays a window on top of all with the site https://alerts.in.ua.

You can use hideCMD (https://www.pconlife.com/viewfileinfo/hidecmd-exe/) to run without compilation and show the console. Download the version you need. The hideCMD.ini file is used to configure the launch.
