**Modules**
* **Core**: Provides basic functionality for configuration, logging, and utility functions.
* **Quantum**: Implements quantum computing concepts, including entanglement and wormholes.
* **AI**: Includes modules for cultural integration and resource sharing.
**Tools**
* **qni-cli**: A command-line interface for interacting with QNI Core.
* **qni-debug**: A debugging tool for QNI Core.
**Tests**
* **tests/**: A directory containing unit tests for QNI Core.
