Whisker

Whisker is an asynchronous upload receiver for [Pawdrop](https://github.com/krisrang/Pawdrop).

Receives files up to 5GB (reliably) while uploading asynchronously to S3 as parts are receied.

Running on Heroku the transfer of parts to S3 should be nearly instantaneous.
